Shipping & Returns


We only sell to customers in the UK.

We use Royal Mail for delivery to all mainland areas.

Delivery to most addresses is expected within 3-5 days from placing your order, subject to availability.

VAT will be applied to all UK destinations.


In-Store Collection

We have a choice of delivery options including Local Pick-up. So if you are able to, why not call in to our delightful shop in Hatfield, Doncaster. Here you can take in the full shopping experience with our bra-fitting service, or browse items that are not available on-line. We will send an email to confirm when your order is ready to be collected.


All of our products are of the highest quality and we strive to provide excellent customer service, we do understand however, that sometimes purchases don’t work out. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy. You can shop with confidence at Lingerie Wardrobe! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date provided that;


  • It is returned to us in perfect condition

  • Has the original tags still attached and in the original position 

  • It has not been worn, washed or altered in any way

  • There are no make-up stains, marks, pulls or rips

  • The protective adhesive strips are still in-place

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges or gift wrapping.

Extra care should be taken when packaging your purchases. Items that are sent back but are not in their original condition will be photographed to show the reason for rejection and shipped back to the given shipping address.


How to Return or Exchange

1. Fill out the returns form that was enclosed with your order, or download one from our website.

2. Wrap the items using the original packaging, then insert the package into a box or padded mailing envelope, for protection during transit.


3. Use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for lost items.

If your requested exchange is not available, then we will contact you to organise an alternate size, style, colour, or offer a Gift Card to ensure that you can purchase an alternative at a later date.

Exchanging an item for the another with the same cost will not incur any additional charges. If the cost differs then return the item as described for Returns and Refunds, and then purchase the new item separately.


Returned items where a refund has been requested will be checked and if accepted, a credit will be raised using the original payment method, excluding any gift wrapping and initial delivery costs.


Once we have received the returned item, then we will process the refund as soon as possible. However, please note that refunds may be subject to delay depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

Shop Returns and Exchanges

Any purchases made in our shop as opposed to on-line can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date upon production of the receipt.


Items must be in the same condition as described for Returns.


If an items is accepted then a credit note will be to the same value and this will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
